Dan Zimmerman: 
Born and raised in Council Bluffs, IA. Omaha, Nebraska resident for 16 years, and lived in New York City for 1 year. Worked in commercial construction as a labor foreman for 3 years at Allied Construction Services on projects such as First National Bank Tower, Union Pacific Headquarters, Gallup University, and National Parks Headquarters. Project management for 10 years collectively as self employed, and a Senior Master Ford Technician for 15 years for Ford Motor Company. Flipping and Wholesaling since 2017. Started CityLine Properties in 2018 and grew from 28 doors in 2019 to almost 300 doors in 2021. Started managing AirBNB listings in 2019 and have grown to 15 active listings and 10 more under construction to be listed as STR / AirBNB by the end of this year.

Megan Ahern:
Originally from California, moved with her husband Jeff Ahern to Lincoln Nebraska in 2018 to begin investing in real estate full time. They started their company, Acorn Properties, and have since bought over 35 properties, consisting of single families and duplexes. They have owned long term and short term rentals, wholesaled and flipped in Lincoln, NE. Currently their primary focus is flipping and acquiring more sober living houses. Megan also owns Acorn Home Staging, which focuses on staging vacant houses for flippers and realtors who want their listings to really pop!
