Our History

This association has been holding regular monthly meetings since 2007.  We started out as a small group of about eight people meeting at the Olive Garden restaurant, and have grown to a stable, reliable resource of education and networking for real estate investors.  

Omaha REIA, LLC was established in January of 2007 and services the greater Omaha metropolitan areas, including Lincoln and surrounding areas.  Our subscribers and attendees consist of full and part-time investors, beginning and experienced investors, attorneys, contractors, accountants, real estate agents and brokers, property managers, rehabbers, bankers, appraisers, and others - all related in some way to real estate.  We all have in common the desire to benefit from the many opportunities in real estate investing.

To provide monthly education and networking opportunity for anyone interested in growing their knowledge and financial success in real estate investing. 

Code of Ethics

Omaha REIA, LLC. members are expected to operate with high standards of honesty and integrity, free from any form of discrimination.  We will conduct ourselves with the highest principles of the free enterprise system.  We shall refrain from engaging in any illegal practices or defrauding any member, customer, or associate with the aim of always conducting our real estate investing business in a professional manner.
