What started in 2007 as eight people huddled around a table at Olive Garden has grown into the largest real estate investor association in Nebraska. Omaha REIA has become the hub for investors, agents, lenders, and service providers who want more than just a business card swap. We’ve built a community where real relationships, real education, and real opportunities happen.

Today, Omaha REIA brings together 400+ members, nearly 50 sponsors, and a growing reach across Omaha, Lincoln, and the Midwest. Whether you’re brand new or seasoned with hundreds of doors, you’ll find value in our mix of monthly meetups, educational events, and hands-on networking that drives actual results.
