Chris Pomerleau is a real estate attorney-turned-investor, co-founder of Leavenwealth, and a partner in hundreds of units across the Midwest. He also runs Liquid Lending, a private/hard money lending company that funds flips and small multifamily projects for investors. Chris is known for his no-fluff approach to creative financing, his ability to structure complicated deals in plain English, and his passion for helping investors scale without losing their shirts in the process.
