Burn Rate: Puff & Talk Deals is a private weekly meetup created for Omaha REIA members who want real conversations with other active investors in a laid-back setting. This is not a speaker event, a sales pitch, or one of those weird “let me tell you how rich I am” rooms. It’s a place to connect, talk deals, share wins, work through challenges, and stay sharp on what’s happening in the market.

Join us every Wednesday at Safari Cigars Lounge near 132nd & Maple from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM for straight talk, solid networking, and real relationships with people who are actually in the game. Whether you’re in the middle of a deal, looking for your next move, or just want to be in the right room with the right people, Burn Rate is built for that.
